My salesperson, Dawn, kept in contact with me for an extended period of time, answering all questions concerning the auto, leasing vs purchasing, financing, options available with different models without any pressure, whatsoever. Never even pressured me to come in, we corresponded for quite a while by phone until the right auto for me was available and driven to Wakefield from their Providence location. I am an out-of-state buyer and the dealership did everything perfectly in one day! Happily purchased an extended warranty through J.P. at the dealership with absolutely no pressure and full explanation of plan through conversation and written documents that I was given to take home and review over the weekend.
