Michael was fantastic and was the only reason I didn’t back out of the transaction. I was not pleased with the sales strategy of the extended warranty and other add-on services that totaled over $12K. The back out of the transaction. The finance manager was very nice, but the strategy to upsell the warranties left a poor taste. I would recommend the dealership only if it was a cash sale with no additional warranty purchases needed. More
