Florian personally delivered my car to me on a Saturday evening in a busy area of South Beach where he took the time to put my license plate on, set me up on the Mercedes App and review the features of the car with me again. Monday morning he called me to check in and see how my initial experience was and if I had any questions about the car. This is what sets sales people apart from the norm. I consider him my new go to for anything car related and will confidently refer him to my network. A breath of fresh air! More
