I asked a lot of questions that I already knew the answer to and to my surprise he had more knowledge of the vehicle than I did. He was honest and didn’t play any “games”.... which was much appreciated. I also had a good experience dealing with the F&I Manager Christian Garciano. As a result, My aunt purchased a 2018 CR-V that night. Great place ...great experience! More

So my decision to remain a loyal Honda driver was a sure thing. After researching dealers in the area, I chose DCH Paramus Honda based on positive reviews. I was not disappointed. My experience from the salesman Dennis Estrada to F&I manager Christian Graciano to the Delivery Specialists Sami and Brianna was amazing. Their professional and courteous treatment was so refreshing. You hear horror stories of pushy and rude salesmen, Dennis was the complete opposite. No question or request was ever ignored or considered too trivial by any of the above DCH Paramus Honda personnel. Thanks to them I am a proud and very satisfied Honda CRV owner. More

Horrible Experience My husband and I visited the dealership on Tuesday ready to buy a 2019 Honda Pilot and were completely disrespected and treated horribly by the Sales My husband and I visited the dealership on Tuesday ready to buy a 2019 Honda Pilot and were completely disrespected and treated horribly by the Sales Staff. Our Associate knew close to nothing about the inventory and he obviously was not empowered to make a deal or give a quote. After wasting more than an hour of my time, he brought bullish xxxxxxx out to try strong arm us by not giving us a quote until we would confirm that we had a deal. Disgusting way to treat a customer. We will never recommend the dealership and left and went to Toyota and bought a 2019 Highlander that afternoon. More

GREAT I started the purchase with David Z. but Dennis Estrada went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the car I was most comfortable with. He gave me suggestions and his advice, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever. After I decided on a HR=V the process was absolutely painless. So quick and professional. The only person that was not great was the finance guy Cristian he had an attitude..... The car was delivered by Hammad he explain the whole functionality of the car .. I felt like family by the end of the whole process! I would recommend Dennis Estrada to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle. Thanks Dennis I will definitely go back to DCH Honda. More

They paid off our Nissan easy and put us into the new Civic EX-L with with an impressive monthly lease payment.
