I have bought my current truck from Fred Anderson in Columbia and each Fred Anderson location competes against each other. Consequently it happens that one location is trying to sell the same vehicle a Columbia and each Fred Anderson location competes against each other. Consequently it happens that one location is trying to sell the same vehicle at a price lower than another. Even though the truck is physically located at the dealer with the higher price. I made an offer and an “estimate” of my trade was made. We were $1100 apart and unfortunately weren’t able to make a deal. Fred Anderson did a fantastic job but sometimes things don’t work out. That’s business. I would recommend them as a good source for buying a Toyota. More

Best dealership in the Southeast! I went in to get my 2012 Toyota Prius serviced on Saturday. Chrissie was the first person to greet me and took care of all my initial service needs. I I went in to get my 2012 Toyota Prius serviced on Saturday. Chrissie was the first person to greet me and took care of all my initial service needs. I was only at the dealership for around 30 minutes while my oil was being changed and my tires were getting rotated, but Toyota ALWAYS offers me a shuttle anyway. I was fixing myself some tea and pastries and Steven Rhoads greeted me to ask how my morning and service visit was going. We talked for quite a few minutes and he made me feel very welcome. There was not one person I interacted with that seem happy and customer service oriented. I was very impressed with my experience and would definitely recommend Fred Anderson Toyota to friends and family. I’ll definitely be returning to get my car serviced here. More

Carey took care of us in a very friendly way with no high pressure tactics. He showed us all the features of the two vehicles we were interested in and we test drove both. We ended up picking the RAV 4 LXE. The financing was done quickly and again with no pressure to buy extras. From the time we got there to the time we left was only 2.5 hours and when I say they were packed with people buying cars I mean wall to wall people. Even with all that the experience we had was very personal. We can recommend this dealership and our salesman Carey without any reservations and will definitely be back when it is time for another car! More
