Derek and I started talking about what I wanted for a truck in January. Throughout the whole process he helped me get the vehicle I wanted. If you’re looking for a relatable, down to earth salesman to make your new car purchase not only easy, but comfortable than Derek is your guy! Buying a new car can be overwhelming but he made the entire proc to make your new car purchase not only easy, but comfortable than Derek is your guy! Buying a new car can be overwhelming but he made the entire process a breeze. He took the time to make me feel like I was his main focus and priority even though the showroom was busy and there was a lot going on. Oh, and did I mention that he even disassembled my bike rack for me on the car I was trading in so that I could take it home in my new car!? He’s top notch and you’d be silly not to choose him the next time you’re looking to purchase. Thanks for everything, Derek! More

This is my 4th pick-up that I have gotten from Heritage Toyota. I really enjoyed working with Derek. He kept in contact with me every month on the status of the new truck. I would have the truck serviced a Toyota. I really enjoyed working with Derek. He kept in contact with me every month on the status of the new truck. Derek was great on my new Toyota Corolla car purchase. I ordered it in March and it arrived on July 19, 2 to 4 months as I was told. He contacted me every two weeks to keep me informed of the car's prog I ordered it in March and it arrived on July 19, 2 to 4 months as I was told. He contacted me every two weeks to keep me informed of the car's progress since being an XLE it had to be built in Japan and shipped over. If there was any news between regular messages I received those too. He set up the Toyota app for me and was patient in explaining the many features on the new car since there is much more technology than there was on my old Corolla. Pricing and trade in were fair. I would recommend Derek to anyone who may be in need of a vehicle. More
