buying process was straight forward, without pressure We came into the dealership on New Years Eve to replace a car that had been totaled. This was the 7th dealership (all makes) that we had visited tha We came into the dealership on New Years Eve to replace a car that had been totaled. This was the 7th dealership (all makes) that we had visited that day. Scott Lyons was the salesperson that met us on a bitterly cold afternoon. We wanted to drive both flip-top convertibles and coupes with sunroofs. Several models of each were in stock off lease and we drove them all with no issues or pressure from Scott. This took several hours and we never felt we were hurried to find the right car. We decided on the car, the deal was struck, and we drove it home that night with an appointment to get acquainted with the features the next week. The sales manager (Derrick Baker)actually worked with me on that and got all the settings correct, and also explained the capabilities of the car. The car was certified by Infiniti so had several things that were included that had to be gathered together (mats, Sirius radio subscription). This was all done very efficiently. We were very pleased with Scott as salesperson, the sales manager, and the F&I manager (Derrick). Will do business with this dealership again for an Infiniti! More
