This was my first visit to the service department and upon arriving I was immediately greeted by the attendant. When I told him I had an appointment for 10:00 with Derrick he excused himself and went to upon arriving I was immediately greeted by the attendant. When I told him I had an appointment for 10:00 with Derrick he excused himself and went to get him. Very well run and efficient department. Derrick was very thorough when explaining details of the repair and answered all my questions before work began and after completion. Great teamwork on everyone’s part. I will be back!! More

I came in for a maintenance/service appointment for my jeep and I left feeling very pleased and happy! Derrick Johnson took care of me and provided great service! He was very attentive and kept checking up and updating me on the status of my car/any service they additionally thought it needed. Very fast and efficient service, Derrick and his team were great! I normally go to the prosper location for my maintenance which is great but I will be returning to the Frisco location for the amazing service they provided me!!!!! More

It Took three days and three tries to get correct part and replace it. I spent 3 days @5 hours a day waiting there. Everyday was an eighty mile round trip, 2 hour drive, which they knew. On the final inst and replace it. I spent 3 days @5 hours a day waiting there. Everyday was an eighty mile round trip, 2 hour drive, which they knew. On the final installation, the mechanic broke something else and then did not have time to readdress it. Now I am waiting on that replacement part. Derrick was the only good experience out of this other than some missed communication on his part. More
