This was my first visit to the service department and upon arriving I was immediately greeted by the attendant. When I told him I had an appointment for 10:00 with Derrick he excused himself and went to upon arriving I was immediately greeted by the attendant. It Took three days and three tries to get correct part and replace it. I spent 3 days @5 hours a day waiting there. Everyday was an eighty mile round trip, 2 hour drive, which they knew. On the final inst and replace it. I spent 3 days @5 hours a day waiting there. Everyday was an eighty mile round trip, 2 hour drive, which they knew. On the final installation, the mechanic broke something else and then did not have time to readdress it. Now I am waiting on that replacement part. Derrick was the only good experience out of this other than some missed communication on his part. More
