Several years ago I called several dealerships looking for a new Murano. Cathy Voogd impressed me most by selecting a vehicle exactly as I asked for. Today I took my Altima into Crown Nissan Saint Pete it was hesitating while driving it was checked and showed transmission failure which was not what I wanted to hear but the car had over 200,000 miles a was hesitating while driving it was checked and showed transmission failure which was not what I wanted to hear but the car had over 200,000 miles a very great amount. I’ve been coming to this service department for over 20 years. With great service kind and friendly staff the service manager Shawn Meehan Saw that I was a bit saddened he offered encouragement. It was like he felt my pain and wanted to really help after us talking. I told him not to fix the car I was going to buy a car he then went out of his way and introduced me to the car sales department which I did ended purchasing a new Altima this is why I give crown a 5-star rating More

The moment I pulled into Crown Nissan and parked Robert LaBella was at the door waiting for me and ready to help.
