Everything was broken down on the worksheets that were sent so I could make an informed decision about what was right for me. Their was no pressure and he freely answered any questions I had. When I showed up to buy the car, Alex walked me through the warranty and answered my questions, but again NO PRESSURE! It was well worth the drive and made my first new car purchase enjoyable after a dismal experience in the tri cities. I love my new cx3! More
