There was a special on the 2022 Edge, and Dan found one in the Star White which please my wife and myself. I do wish that monthly lease payments were in line with the F150 I gave up. on 7/7/22 , my son took our Escape in to have it serviced. He waited 6 hours. The wait was not the problem. The car needed Brakes and rotors no one called me or told him. They allowed him to leave w serviced. He waited 6 hours. The wait was not the problem. The car needed Brakes and rotors no one called me or told him. They allowed him to leave without addressing the brakes HOW DANGEROUS !!! I bought the car back on 7/8/22 and it was excuse after excuse as to why we were not informed. It was said it is written on the report. Yes it was written on the report but what about asking , your brakes are bad do you want that fixed, for your safety ? Then I was told you must make an appointment to have brakes repaired. How was I to know this ? Very poor customer service, and no accountability. Yes we did receive a refund of 70.35 because he waited 6 hours, but I did not want anything for free, I wanted my brakes fixed, to ensure safety ! . More

Had an accident, got truck back after 2 months. Blower motor wasnt working, after the 4th visit Taylor Ford said I owe them $150 for finally looking at it and the part would now cost me $574. It was our best buying experience at a dealer yet. No pressure, easy trade in, and a test drive in an available for sale unit. Very poor on service. Make an appointment, get there then turned away because nobody to look at the car. Made another appointment for the following week being promised that it would be taken care of, we then turned away because nobody to look at the car. Made another appointment for the following week being promised that it would be taken care of, went in and waited 5.5 hours without any update. Good thing for Ford Pass. Pinged the car and it was still sitting in the lot. After I asked for update, the car was brought in. 15 minutes later, service advisor mentioned part that was bad, disheveled part in stocks and I was hastily lead to the cat, still with an engine light on. Asked when I should come back and it was pretty much, doncall us, we'll call you. I won't have to worry about calling them, they're done. Went to another dealership and received the respect and service that I deserve. It amazing, purchase a car, paid cash and get pushed off to the side. More
