Our first contact with Five Star Ford was a year ago and although it was an extremely stressful time with my husband being treat for cancer the experience with Diron and the NRH Five Star Ford family could although it was an extremely stressful time with my husband being treat for cancer the experience with Diron and the NRH Five Star Ford family could not have been easier or turned out more satisfactorily. At that time we contracted for the lease of a 2012 Ford Edge which is a phenomenal ride. This year while the car was in Service for regular scheduled maintenance I went to talk to Diron about the possibility of purchasing the lease because my husband had passed away and I needed to make some changes. After the initial conversation where I found out the lease was too expensive to purchase we talked about alternatives and Diron and the Five Star Ford team went to work looking at the deals they had on 2013 cars from their lot. I sat and relaxed while they worked feverishly on a great deal. Bottomline is that at the end of the waiting they had worked out a deal on a 2013 Ford Edge (exactly like the lease car but a year newer) that I could afford. I appreciate them and the integrity they show so much that there is no doubt where I will come the next time I need to talk about changing my transportation. More

It was worth the 100 mile drive to this dealership.yes their are some ford deallers close to home and delt with in the parts department do not like their attitud and small inventory. I am a ase master certifide tech and the shop i work at will not even get parts from the dealer in my town we get them 5 star ford that should tell you 5 star ford is even great in the parts department. Cant say enough Diron Lints and 5star ford are a great place to busniss with. THANK YOU DIRON LOVE THE NEW CAR More

Five Star Ford has an excellent service department and is where I like to take my vehicle to get serviced. Five Star Ford also has one of the biggest slecetions of F150 trucks from which to choose. Although I did not purchase my present 2002 Lariat FX-4 F150 Truck there, I decided to visit Five Star Ford and met Diron. There was no pressure and he quickly earned my trust. He reminded me how Great Five Star Ford is. Diron and Jeff worked together and insured my experience with the new truck sales transaction went smoothly. Diron spent a lot of time working with me to get the type of vehicle I wanted that would fit into my budget.
