All they want to do is to make the sale - they provide lots of promises after the sale and nothing happens - just more excuses. Called and spoke with the GM - promised that he would get it to my by the end of the week and then call and follow-up with me. Nothing happened. Left a voicemail and over 24 hours later, still not returned phone call. More
