Donnie looked around and found very nearly the exact SuperDuty I was looking for, even in a very tight market, and brought it up for me. He also held it for me while I investigated another lead so it w SuperDuty I was looking for, even in a very tight market, and brought it up for me. He also held it for me while I investigated another lead so it wouldn't get sold out from under me. Once I decided to buy, the process only took about 2 hours, with a minimum of haggling. Further, I dealt with Donnie, no back-and-forth between the sales manager or whatever. This will be my 3rd 5 Star Ford... and probably not my last. More

Best Car Buying Experience Ever I purchased a F150 recently from 5 Star Ford Plano, and it was easily the best car buying experience I've ever had. I dealt with 2 salesmen (because I purchased a F150 recently from 5 Star Ford Plano, and it was easily the best car buying experience I've ever had. I dealt with 2 salesmen (because I returned over several days while making up my mind), LaRay Wilson and Donnie Harmdierks. Both treated me with utmost respect, were open and honest about the entire process, and never pressured me to make a decision. LaRay told me that Mr Pack expects his employees to conduct business with the highest integrity, and from my experience they are living up to that expectation. More
