Very happy with purchase process They didn't have the color I wanted on the lot so one was brought in from another dealership. Oil change Customer service for the oil change was excellent. While I was there Doug (my sales person) stopped to see how things were going and I told him about Customer service for the oil change was excellent. I had gotten a small scratch on the front fender so he had one of the guys buff it and he educated me again on loading my contacts on the phone. What more could you ask for...... I HAD SUPER SERVICE!!! More

Very professional, facility is super clean. I bought a used Subaru and the mechanic told me to take it in for the airbag recall. Not only did the recall get taken care of at my home, the tech a I bought a used Subaru and the mechanic told me to take it in for the airbag recall. Not only did the recall get taken care of at my home, the tech also did an overall inspection of the car. Very helpful to know that everything is fine, oil, filters, etc, except for the tires. Subaru even hooked me up with a free carfax report on the used care I bought. I later went in to buy floor mats and I was so impressed with the cleanliness of the facility. Everything is so clean, including the repair shop. Thank you so much for the special care. More

Simple headlight replacement I used the Express Service to bring my 2014 Outback in for a headlamp replacement. There was about a 45 minute wait, which was fine as I had no appoi I used the Express Service to bring my 2014 Outback in for a headlamp replacement. There was about a 45 minute wait, which was fine as I had no appointment. The car was done in about an hour which included a wash. That was great. I will say I had a minor issue using the chat feature the day before I brought the car in. I had chatted with a rep to ask whether I should just use Express Service or schedule an appointment. They took my phone and said someone would call me about my question, but nobody ever did. It didn't really affect this particular service need, but the failure to follow through really surprised me as I've always had excellent service from Mark Miller Mid-town. More
