She stuck with us, helped us get set up with the appropriate parties at Kia, GOT THE JOB DONE (!!!), and when I showed up unannounced, she made time for me, and connected me with Sean. I love that both Lillian and Sean were well-versed in their professions and that they’re honest, “no-fluff”, yet extremely kind. I walked out of the dealership, after purchasing out the lease, in amazement.
