Dustin Wheeler did a great job helping us complete the service work on our new-to:us Volvo C70. He kept us updated through the morning and got us on our way earlier than anticipated. Do not take your car to be serviced here. This is a sham of a business and the customer service is even worse. Not sure if it was because I am a young woman, but I received little to no commu This is a sham of a business and the customer service is even worse. Not sure if it was because I am a young woman, but I received little to no communication while my car sat in their lot for two weeks, when all I needed was a new key (security lockout problems with old fob). Will rip you off as well. Was told I needed a whole new tire because of a nail in it, pulled the screw out and it hadn’t even punctured the tire- was just sitting atop it. Absolutely blown away by my experience here. More
