Very pleased and happy with my experience at Audi Dallas. I live about 350 miles away but found a car I was really interested in. Dusty went above & beyond to make sure I would be able to drive there in ti I live about 350 miles away but found a car I was really interested in. Dusty went above & beyond to make sure I would be able to drive there in time (about 5 and a half hours) to see the car itself and to make a purchase on it. He was extremely professional and helpful throughout the entire process, and I felt appreciated by everyone there. Victoria in finance also did an amazing job making sure the final process was quick and hassle free. I will definitely be back in the future for all of my Audi purchases. More

This is our second purchase with Audi Dallas within 2 months, and we could not be more pleased with our experience. The entire process was so easy and seamless. I travel extensively for work, so did not have the luxury of time to come to the dealership and spend hours applying for financing, closing the deal, I travel extensively for work, so did not have the luxury of time to come to the dealership and spend hours applying for financing, closing the deal, etc. Dusty was incredible to work with and made the process so easy and efficient. When I arrived to take possession of the vehicle the entire team was welcoming and treated us like family. Financing was easy, and state of the art with the document signing board. We never felt pressured or the "sales pitch" you receive in many dealerships. The car is perfect and we are even considering future Audi purchases which we would only do at Audi Dallas with Dusty. Thank you all for everything! More
