Normal service visit. I was surprised when it took only half an hour to service my truck. When I paid and left I saw why. My tires were rotated, I knew this because the mon I was surprised when it took only half an hour to service my truck. When I paid and left I saw why. My tires were rotated, I knew this because the monitors were not reset. When did you start using Napa oil change stickers? Can not even read it. On the way to Syracuse the next day i ran out of washer fluid. That is not how I serviced vehicles and do not expect less when I come there. Mr. Chris Leonard did a good job making it right. He should not have to babysit lube techs. More

dissapointing I had a slow leak in a tire on my 2018 Colorado. I was not sure if it was a small nail, a poor seal on the bead or a leaking TPM. Dwayne did a great j I had a slow leak in a tire on my 2018 Colorado. I was not sure if it was a small nail, a poor seal on the bead or a leaking TPM. Dwayne did a great job of getting it looked at. They found a small nail and plugged it. I got a $27.00 bill. I thought that after buying 20/25 new cars and trucks over the past thirty years from your dealership that you might have given me a courtesy tire plug. Your salesman knows me by name, he just sold a 2019 Chevy to my daughter a few weeks ago. My 2015 Colorado had a bad engine @ 21,000 miles that needed to be swapped out. I gave you unlimited understanding over the inconvenience that this caused me. I guess it is the old story, being part of the DeNooyer family is a one way street. As long as I am a loyal customer on the buying end things are great. If you are in a position to show me a little consideration then it is a different story. One of the tire shops in the Capital Region, regularly runs a coupon for a free tire repair regardless where the tire was sold. For the past few years, I periodically receive an e-mail from DeNooyer telling me that I have a service department credit of I believe $50.00 +/-. I asked the cashier to use the credit to cover the $27.00 bill, she replied that they cancelled that program at the beginning of this month. Please enjoy the $27.00 that you charged me, you earned it. Thanks More
