I stopped in on Wednesday Apirl 7 because i needed to upgrade my insurance to full coverage from the buick i bought from you guys about three weeks ago witch im waiting on that to be resolved hopefully l upgrade my insurance to full coverage from the buick i bought from you guys about three weeks ago witch im waiting on that to be resolved hopefully later today But that not the many reason for me write you today i had a service appointment for the 5 of April that i had made for my dash board saying the hood was open when it was closed that i had to reschedule since then to the 13 of April due to work my check engine light came on before my initial appointment on the 5 witch concerned me so i stopped in in person to express my concerns to the service department witch one of your service reps came out to take a look but by then the light for the check engine went off he told me that he was gonna take a look at that on day of my appointment as well as he was gonna look at why the dash board said the hood was open when it was close i thanked him and brought up the fact that i received a email from carfax saying i needed a tire rotation so word he and that to the list as well at that point he reassured me that the day of the purchase of the vehicle that they do that as well aa check all the fluids witch i believe him and went about my day as of today as im getting more familiar with the new vehicle i realized the the oil is saying that there's 10% remaining witch made me consider because as i stated one of the service reps i cant recall his name said that all that should have been taking care of witch im not sure it was to be honest im hoping on the 13 of April the date i have my appointment that we can get all my concerns witch is the hood said it was open on my dashboard when closed a diagnostic on the check engine light that came on and then went off a oil change a tire rotation i have pictures of the oil saying 10%remaining the check engine light when it was on and the hood saying it was open when clsed also the email about the tire rotation and the windshield wipper blades looked at as i said hopefully we can resolve my concerns on the 13 of April at 1;00pm thank you for listening to my concerns i tired to get in contact with my sales reps i had no response i felt this would be the next best option to expire my concerns thank you again More

My experience started in a very bad way when the representative was rude and disrespectful to me as a woman; however, the manager and other representatives stepped in and helped out.
