I went to Suntrup Kia to specifically test drive a 2017 Nissan and 2018. I had to find someone to help me. I saw Robyn and asked her. She then took my info and I asked about the 2018. She told me that it Nissan and 2018. I had to find someone to help me. I saw Robyn and asked her. She then took my info and I asked about the 2018. She told me that it was at the Hyundai store and I could stop by there and ask them to compare the 2017 to the 2018 so that's what I did. I don't know what happened in between that time but I got a rude text message from her stating that someone else wanted to look at the car I was test driving and that I should not be trying to get a new salesman to replace her. When I got back to the dealership she wouldn't even address me face-to-face she sent someone else out to talk to me. We were told by the GM that the salesman at the Hyundai store had posted something rude in a group text that they have for all the salesperson. I was upfront with the salesman Patrick at the Hyundai store that I was working with Robyn. Obviously my business was less important than the sales rivalry. More

Purchasing the car was not the problem. The problem came with the paperwork that was needed to get the car registered and sales tax paid. So temporary tags were issued when purchasing the car on 8/1/2022, expiring 8/30/2022. The dealership thought it was okay to mail the paperwork on 8/24/2022, which would have only been 6 days until the temp tags expired. Well the mail screwed up and after going to wrong post office was sent back to dealer 9/1/2022. Drove to dealer on 9/2/2022 and spent about an hour because no one could find the envelope. Finally found the envelope. Went to the DMV and stood in line for 1 1/2 hours finding that the dealership did not include an emissions. So had to get emissions, went back to DMV, oh sorry you need an inspection of ID/OD because vehicle came from another state. So had that done went back to DMV, finally got new car registered. So I have placed call to salesman that we purchased car from and Sales manager and I have not received any return call to date. We had to pay late fee to DMV, pay for emission and ID/OD and a lot of time spent when if dealership would have been competent enough to provide all paperwork that was needed, this wouldn't have happened. I don't suggest you go there for your car and if you do, make sure you get the proper paperwork that the dealership should provide. Very disappointed More
