They will try to over charge you by giving you the wrong pro rated warranty amount (it seems to be so they can pad their pockets with the extra, by submitting the corrected amount on their end, but charging you more). Tire warranties you can pretty much forget about as they have one guy who looks into tire warranties and he is never available, so they say they will call you back, and never do. They tell you they do not care about that or your issue, as I was told by Ernie, their "service drive manager". The tire warranty being a major reason for purchasing the tires that I did. I have called and visited multiple times to get a hold of a manager to assist with the warranty issues and with Earnie, not only being rude, but also not letting me know my car was ready, threatened to charge me over $500 for the "free" rental car service, because its "his car", tried twice to tell me the wrong amount for the warrantied battery, until his (visibly uncomfortable) employee corrected him. And if you go there in person to speak to someone, expect to be publicly harassed, embarrassed, and treated poorly by their service lane manager Earnie. I have been forced to reach out to the tire manufacturer themselves and will send in a complaint to the Oklahoma Attorney General, along with all my documentation of what has happened to try and get this resolved for breach of warranty. Beware if doing business with them and be sure to double check them. I will be looking elsewhere going forward, as it seems my business is not of their concern. More

I was at the service department today and was to him as a service manager. I agree with the previous review. I just went to the service department for a nitrogen top-off for my tires and he wanted to charge service manager. I agree with the previous review. I just went to the service department for a nitrogen top-off for my tires and he wanted to charge me $50 which others give it for free. Besides, the nitrogen was filled at the dealership when I purchased the vehicle. I’m not sure if he is a manager or a service adviser. I ask to talk to the manager and he said he is the manager. If Jim Norton will not do anything with his dealings, more and more customer will be moving to another dealership. More

The sales consultant was a very polite idiot. He told us the Platinum Tundra had heated steering, it did not. He told us it had TRD exhaust, it did not. Instead of going over the car features he told me to the Platinum Tundra had heated steering, it did not. He told us it had TRD exhaust, it did not. Instead of going over the car features he told me to download Toyota engage app, which turns out only employees are authorized to access. . When we asked if we could swap out the wheel he said “sure”, but then 1800$ was added to the bottom line for less expensive rims. We asked if we could keep the wheels that were taken off he said “no we don’t do that.” After talking to the GM we were given the original wheels. When confronting Matthew about all these issues after purchasing the vehicle he became defensive and said he was just a consultant. We believe it’s his job to know the details of the vehicles. Additionally I believe it is poor customer service to send a vehicle off the lot without reviewing the features, not to mention possibly unsafe. I had to ask if he would schedule an appointment with a technology specialist to get my questions answered. Another bad experience was the Financial consultant seemed to lie or at least mislead me on the warranties as to coerce me into buy additional coverage. As I was leaving I asked if I needed to pay. Everyone was surprised I hadn’t written a check. Left arm doesn’t know what the right arm is doing. Lastly, I was not provided the window sticker after paying. I’ve always had this with all my vehicles. Apparently a new is being ordered. We will see if I’m contacted or if I have to continue to follow up. We cannot recommend Jim Norton Toyota as a good place to buy a vehicle. Hopefully service will be better. More
