From the moment we met, I felt like he would treat me fairly and he did not disappoint. Whenever I've had to go back and Ibrahim sees me, he never hesitates to recognize me and calls me by my name. I do not know if he likes it, but he always tolerates me hugging him (and I am not a hugger) because I am happy to see him. Samer assisted with my test drive, and was pleasant when told I was checking a couple other makes at other dealerships. Texted him later that day to see how late he'd be available (8 p.m.) and asked to come in and talk more about the Leaf. Ended up Samer stayed much later working up an excellent deal for me, and keeping all his promises. The General Manager and finance department were very cooperative and friendly. Best of all, everyone tolerated, smiled, and offered snacks and drinks to my two noisy young grandkids, Samer was exceptional and has an eye for detail, and an appetite to answer all my questions thoroughly, that made my purchase experience great! He took me to my car buying happy place! This is a very trustworthy dealership, including everyone who worked with me. Kudos to Samer and Ed! More
