A veteran of the auto industry since 1984, Ed says BMW sales have greatly expanded over the years because of the company’s products, programs and warranties. Not to mention leasing options. “BMW is very aggressive with lease programs,” he says. “They structure them so they’re affordable to more people.” BMW is also one of the few companies with a 4-year or 50,000-mile warranty that covers maintenance, including oil changes and brakes. Ed believes the key to success in the car industry is relationship building, and throughout the years he’s built many business relationships that also became friendships. “I just try to figure out what people want and make things work,” he says. Ed’s wife drives an X3 BMW and his vehicle of choice is a 528xi. “The power is terrific and the fuel economy is a real pleasant surprise,” he says. An avid golfer, Ed is the father of 3 daughters and delights in spending time with his grandson.

Great Experience I had a great day today at Flemington BMW. From the moment I arrived until the evening when I left, i was treated superbly by J.R., Jan, and Ed. J.R I had a great day today at Flemington BMW. From the moment I arrived until the evening when I left, i was treated superbly by J.R., Jan, and Ed. J.R. was my first contact at the dealer. He walked me through the entire process of locating, selecting, understanding, test driving, purchasing, and getting acclimated in my car. He was never pushy at all and let my preferences dictate the process. Of particular note was the test drive we took. I had been looking forward to that experience for quite some time. J.R. guided me to a route where I could really get a feel for driving the car. He encouraged me to drive the car aggressively and I did. Due to an unforeseen circumstance (on my part) we encountered a snag in the process of trading in my car. J. R. and Ed came up with a creative solution to my problem which allowed me to drive my new car home this evening. Jan was also helpful and honest in taking me through the financing aspect of the process. In sum, I felt as if these three men did everything they could to ensure that I had a great experience today. I would absolutely recommend this dealer, and more specifically J. R., Ed, and Jan to anyone looking to buy a BMW!!! Chris More

Car Buying Made Easy Recently I purchased my third BMW from Michael O'Conner. My first 3 were X3's and I just up graded to an X5. I tell Michael what I am looking for and he does his absolute best to make that happen. He is supportive, knowledge and most of all patient. He fully explains what each component of a package does and why it is important or not knowing my needs. Last night I picked up my new 2015 X5 and Michael spent over 2 hours fully explaining the new technology and how everything worked.in the vehicle. When I left, I felt secure in the knowledge that I was in control of the technology and not visa versa. Ed Kiley supported Michael in the initial sales process and did a great job, but Michael carried the ball. I know I will also receive excellent service as I have in the past thanks to my service Rep Jim Hierl Job well done. More
