This was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Ed was very patient and extremely accommodating to all of my questions and concerns. I needed to have my new vehicle modified with hand controls, Ed was very well aware of the modifications and gave me a great heads up on rebates for such modifications, always a plus. "Easy, Fast, and Fair"
Ed Monson at Lithia Subaru made getting a new car so easy. In what seemed only minutes after I completed the online "request a test drive" form late on a Friday afternoon, Ed called me and we scheduled an appointment. I could not be more pleased with the fast and friendly service Ed provided. We test-drove the car of interest and talked about different options packages. The color I wanted wasn't immediately available, so Ed tracked one down, sent me videos of MY car when it arrived a day or two later, and delivered it (literally) to me on Monday afternoon. He provided a great "get to know your car" show-n-tell upon delivery, and said to contact him anytime I had questions. I highly recommend Ed Monson at Lithia Subaru.
My salesperson Ed was great, I went in there having no real clue what I wanted so he had to deal with me wanting to test drive three different models and still not sure, not because I didn't like them, but because I liked all three and didn't really know which direction to go. This was to be the the 3'rd Subaru bought in my family at this dealership, Ed recognized that and gave me a deal on a Crosstrek that had all the installed toys I wanted. It was a tough call, I loved the Impreza hatchback too, either one you couldn't go wrong. Ed was patient and not the least bit pushy.
I told him, I went to a Subaru dealer in Carlsbad, and was flatly told walking in on a Saturday afternoon, ..." If you're going to buy something, we can talk, if you just want to look around or not sure what you want, just come back another day. We're too busy."
Little did he know ( the Carlsbad dealer) I was going to pay the car in one check outright, so away I went and can't wait to go in there on my first oil change ( live in north San Diego county) and tell them why I didn't buy it there and if they need classes on how to treat people, go see Ed Monson in Fresno! Thanks for everything Ed, maybe mom will be coming back soon to trade her Impreza in for a crosstrek! She loved it too.

Ed Monson responded almost immediately to an e-mail question. After several text exchanges, He offered us a fair price on the car we were looking for. After meeting Ed and taking a test drive we chose to buy a certified pre-owned Subaru. During the entire process Ed was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The entire Dealership staff, including finance, service and reception have been very responsive and professional.

We had been searching for a jeep for a few weeks and we found one advertised at Lithia Subaru. After expressing interest to Ed he promptly sent us pictures and a video of the Jeep! He made sure we could see what we needed to before we drove 2 hours for a test drive. Upon arrival we felt very welcome and not pressured. Ed answered every question and spent time looking up answers to some of my "out of the ordinary" questions. We agreed on a price and the deal was in motion, finalized everything with Jason, who was very professional and personable. We came back 5 days later to pick the Jeep up and we were greeted with smiles and EXCELLENT customer service.
