Ed was great! He was patient and gave us a lot of options to look at without any pressure to make a decision. These things could have been handled better: The car didn't come with an actual key and we d to look at without any pressure to make a decision. These things could have been handled better: The car didn't come with an actual key and we didn'tknow this until the sale was complete. There should have been a key in the key fob. The expense and time it takes to get the actual key is a lot and should not be a cost for the buyer of the vehicle. Still working on getting this taken care of. The letter to receive a discount on ad valorem taxes came days after the purchase of the vehicle and after I had purchased my car tag. If I had known this would come in the mail, I would have waited to get the tag. More
