They were the best of all the dealerships I went to. The price was exactly as posted no hidden costs. They went above and beyond to get me into the vehicle I wanted, and at the right payments. The dealership does not have sales men, so I never felt they were trying to take advantage of me like at a previous dealership. The financial manager was also a veteran and made me feel respected and comfortable. The vehicle was so clean, and I can tell they did an excellent thorough cleaning detailing of it. The dealership building was clean, and felt comfortable. It smelled amazing in there. Matt was efficient and thorough and seemed like he enjoyed his job, if I would buy again from them and recommend them 100% to anyone who wants a true car buying experience without the hustle and pressure. I’m 63 yrs old and over my life time I have never been treated this good buying a car! Robert , Eddie and there was an other gentlemen, but I can’t remember his name from the time you walked in until the treated this good buying a car! Russell Ervast was very professional and was not a pushy salesman. He helped me through the paperwork and showed me the car and explained in full detail how the car operates. I have not dealt with the service department but if they are like Russell then I know is in good hands for maintenance.
