Great purchase experience with Eddy!!! I walked in during a routine maintenance of my CLA 250. I met with Eddy as I was exploring options for my vehicle as this was my final year on a 3 yea I walked in during a routine maintenance of my CLA 250. I met with Eddy as I was exploring options for my vehicle as this was my final year on a 3 year lease term. Eddy was nice and very professional in walking me thru different options. The one thing I really appreciated was that he started by listening to what my needs were and what I envisioned of having for my next car. He took time to process and understand how he could offer me a suitable solution to what I was looking for. I am greatful of his assistance and how he simplified the process of my purchase. The staff is friendly and attentive and make you feel at ease. Bob Rosas was very friendly with a high product IQ which was very helpful picking a car. Eddy Elsayed was very easy to work with and made the experience smooth and enjoyable. Very good at making everything easy and painless, very good at what he does. Krystin Escobedo was a joy to work with, she is attentive and made the experience very enjoyable. Krystin was super helpful with making sure all of our questions were answered during the delivery, her knowledge of the product was superb. Ari Abdolhosseini Was super personable and great to work with, finance and paperwork was quick and easy making it an overall comfortable process. We’ll definetly be coming back to Walters Mercedes-Benz for future purchases. More
