No need for follow up. We bought a brand new truck same day from Five Star Chevrolet for the same price as the used at yours and it was a pleasant experience with no haggling or hidden fees. The tactics used at your dealership lost a sale and hopefully people see the review and know what to watch out for until there is clear pricing, communication, and not trying to sell lemons at a premium.
