I have been in the valley my entire life when I was in high school I was a valet and bellmen at the Arizona Biltmore this is where my customer service skills were taught. I owned a carwash near the original Demo Row , and that is where my love of the car business began . Most of my career with Toyota and earned many awards for customer service. I am very happy to be working for a gentleman who let me wash his car when I was a kid. I love my family and everything I do is for God and my family!

Service was extremely poor. I bought a used truck that had the Check Engine light on as I was driving it off the lot. Clearly the truck was not ready but it was the end of the I bought a used truck that had the Check Engine light on as I was driving it off the lot. Clearly the truck was not ready but it was the end of the month and they wanted to get their sales in. It was in and out of their repair shop for 6 weeks until they told us not to come back anymore because they couldn't fix it. I lost 6 weeks worth of business that we had lined up, and when I asked to speak to someone they gave me their Customer Service Manager Eddy, (because the GM soooo busy - One guy told me he was never around, and the other said he was always working and never had time - both answers in the same day). Customer Service Manager said he would see what he could do to make things right - Like fix the truck and maybe pick up part of the first month payment. Never heard from him again. The Service department told us they refused to work on the truck anymore so we took it to another repair facility who fixed it, and told us it was not hard to figure out and relatively easy to repair. The irony is that Bell Mitsubishi sold us a warranty covering the truck however even that seems to be worthless. After all Bell Mitsubishi didn't want to use in trying to repair the truck. Just so disappointed in them. Feel like they rushed to sell me a truck but didn't want back it up and make sure it was like new condition. Even the sales guy Anthony told us they would make all these repairs before he sold it. None of which were done. We have plans on purchasing two more trucks but clearly this dealership doesn't really care. More

Just wanted to take the opportunity to drop a note about my experience at Bell Road Mitsubishi. I had been in earlier in the year, and just wasn’t feeling the salesperson I was working with. I decided about my experience at Bell Road Mitsubishi. I had been in earlier in the year, and just wasn’t feeling the salesperson I was working with. I decided to give it another shot, as I was hoping to get a good deal on 2023 close outs. Steve Tongson was the person I landed. Can’t say enough good things about him. He was a warm, kind person. We had some genuine laughs. As a salesperson, his knowledge of the different vehicles and their features was in-depth. We were able to dial in the right vehicle and trim package to suit me. Steve was able to work with Elmo in the finance department to make it all happen. David M (can’t remember spelling of his last name) was checking-in to make sure the whole process was going well for me. I feel like Steve just wanted me to get the price I liked, more than just the sale. It honestly felt like I wasn’t really being sold anything. Steve made me feel as if I was with a friend, helping me to get exactly what I wanted. Eddie in customer service has reached out a few times to make sure I’m good to go. Steve even checked on me a couple times to see how I like the vehicle and make sure it’s the right fit for me. Thanks again Steve, you’re an absolute gem and we appreciate all of you at Bell Mitsubishi! More
