Working with Eli was a great experience, especially as I inquired from out of state. We used FaceTime for walk-throughs, constant text and phone contact, etc. Over the course of our interaction, Eli has n inquired from out of state. We used FaceTime for walk-throughs, constant text and phone contact, etc. Over the course of our interaction, Eli has not once dropped the ball. However, then there is the matter of my experience with the dealership, “hidden” dealer fees, and an incredibly abrasive, unwelcoming, and unprofessional attitude by several floor staff. Hidden dealer fees: fees that were not disclosed in the actual pricing of the vehicle and also not specified on the purchase agreement; the advertised price simply “jumped” to the new price. Bottom line: Eli as sales representative: 10/10 The dealership itself: 3/10 More
