"Great cars, terrible service"
We love our new Kona, but wish we'd have bought elsewhere. From making us sit in the showroom for over three hours to see the one finance person working that day (on a cash sale no less) to rushing us thru so fast the guy screwed up our paperwork (they don't give you copies, they give you a flash drive so we didn't see they misspelled our names until after we were home) and then losing a half day having to redo the paperwork, to me having to call FIVE times this morning and finally having to threaten to drive over & cause a scene in the showroom just to get them to email me our 30 day temp tag, it's been one employee after the other not doing their job and/or lying to us. Buy a Hyundai, but do yourself a favor and buy it somewhere else.

"Get everything in writing!!!"
While getting my wife's leased Tucson serviced I decided to look into the process of turning it in at the end of the lease. Having never leased before, we purchased extra miles so as not to pay the inflated price if we went over allocated miles. With that being said, I had NO reason to get out of the lease early. Upon asking for information, I was informed I could get out of the lease and purchase one that day. I had no reason to jump the gun, but they asked what it would take to do the deal that day. I responded, same payment as lease payment, and similar car. Perfect! No early termination fee, right? NOPE! I asked numerous times of my sales man and sales manager. Fast forward one month. I get a bill for over $2,200.00 for early termination of lease. I contact sales man, sales manager, and general manager. I was informed they gave me a $2,000.00 discount to get me the into the car. Okay, I have to pay $2,200.00 to get a $2,000.00 discount......right. Sign me up! Is it just me, or does this make absolutely NO sense?! Adding insult to injury, my wife went to speak with the sales manager, and he didn't even have the courtesy to come down off of his throne to speak with her. She felt totally humiliated! Speaking with the general manager, and even corporate headquarters, no one seems to care.
All I can say about this dealership, is do your homework, and get everything in writing! They will lie straight to your face to make a sale, and then if you have a legitimate issue, lie some more. I will post reviews warning people about this place on every search engine it shows up
