I'm always extremely happy with the service department. However, I asked that my vehicle not be washed because I had it detailed the day prior. I had just brought the vehicle in a few weeks ago for a complete safety check for about $170. It was reported that there were no issues. Then shortly after that the check engine light went on so I brought complete safety check for about $170. It was reported that there were no issues. Then shortly after that the check engine light went on so I brought it in again only to find over $500 of repairs were needed. Why didn't that come up in the safety check? I was also told that I should consider new tires when I brought it in the second time. Why didn't THAT come up in the safety check. I had trusted Boucher because it had seemed different from other dealership service departments eager to add stuff on. I don't feel that way anymore. At the very least the safety check feels like a complete waste of money. More
