This dealership has the worst service. I purchased a 2020 Genesis G80 and routinely have problems getting my car serviced. They do not follow scheduled reservations booked using the Genesis App or the 2020 Genesis G80 and routinely have problems getting my car serviced. They do not follow scheduled reservations booked using the Genesis App or the dealership website. I have waited for my vehicle to be picked up several times, and they didn't show up to service my vehicle or inform me that there was an issue with my confirmed reservation. To make matters worse, when I brought my vehicle to the service department for a leaking tire, I spent two days and 5 hours waiting in the lobby to learn that my tire still leaks. I've spent more time in the dealership lobby waiting for my car than I have anywhere outside of my home for the last 9 months. At this point, I am not sure that the car is worth the trouble. More

Did warranty work. Staff was helpful, supportive and up front about any issues. Kept the car an extra day to insure it was working properly. Building well maintained for the current health crisis. Would have been five stars but out of loaner cars, had to rent, which was still handled easily. Thanks! More
