I have no other outlet or avenue to contact the GM of The Car Factory in WPB but to leave a review. The GM is listed as Alex Mendizabal, however, not one of the receptionists could confirm that. How extreme Car Factory in WPB but to leave a review. The GM is listed as Alex Mendizabal, however, not one of the receptionists could confirm that. How extremely weird for a dealership! I am in sales and work on a daily basis with the Executive Leadership Teams of the largest health insurance companies in the USA. I can go into more detail when I talk with the GM. In addition, my husband works for a national railroad organization (passenger not cargo). He is well known from NY to Miami. I hope I don't have to utilize our contacts to spread the word about the service or should I say, non-service we've received. I've researched this company and know that Eloy Garcia and Nick Mendizabal worked hard upon coming to the US and have built a very considerable enterprise. I can relate to their stories very well. Now, my future son-in-law, Max F., has had an experience that I can only equate with the most manipulative nightmare imaginable. A horrible first experience of buying your first car. He went to just look and was manipulated into signing paperwork for a car that he was not originally looking to buy. I can expect that type of shenanigans from a car sales associate looking to get rid of a car and to earn commissions. What I don't expect is for the dealership to completely trample a young man's hopes and dreams of owning his first car. There was complete dishonesty and sheer neglect of agreements and an untrustworthy and fraudulent list of actions committed by the dealership. A very different experience than your website promises, "They invite you to visit one of their locations to get treated with the respect and transparency you deserve!". I could go on listing all the misdoings here but I will refrain until I hear back from the GM. My name is Kimberly Graham and my number is 443-248-6926. If you choose not to call, I will have no choice but to proceed, in detail, with the execution of leveraging our social media platforms to share this experience! More

Set your expectations for a classic “car salesman” experience when you deal with this dealership and a bait and switch that the car you went for won’t be there, it was transferred, or they “just sold experience when you deal with this dealership and a bait and switch that the car you went for won’t be there, it was transferred, or they “just sold it.” All 3 of those applied to the same car when we arrived… it was both “just transferred” and “just sold” in the same breath so it “wasn’t there” which I think is the real answer. The whole gang… which after the harassment and argumentative nature of everyone including the “manager,”… I would call them was more concerned about where we parked than what car we were interested in buying. Here’s a little information on the experience you can expect from what happened to us: Not one person on the lot when we arrived which you would think would raise the level of service to a potential client… Salesman walks out to meet us before even parked which made me super nervous about how pushy they were going to be…. (Back information) We called at 10am and confirmed the car was available. Even pushed the girl to confirm with the manager. Said we’d arrive by 11-11:30. Made the drive. Drove in to park in a parking spot near the front and before we even parked the salesman from the start said we could not park there. We asked if we could momentarily and the salesman became argumentative. We were about to leave and decided to give one more try. I walked inside and instantly 4 salesmen are harassing me about “Where in America do you ever park in the entrance.” “What you didn’t see the sign where to park.” Well when your entrance is a marked parking spot it’s a reasonable thought. Instead of diffusing the situation they continued to argue and harass. Eventually I just said “Do you have the Blue BMW we called about” “Oh, we JUST SOLD THAT.” Wait you sold it in the last hour when we called to have it waiting and confirmed? “Well it was, ugh, transferred to Miami” But we confirmed it would be here. “Well it’s a 3rd party and inventory doesn’t update” But they put me on hold to speak to the manager to confirm and so that I’d be meeting him. “No that never happened” Funny now looking at the reviews we aren’t the first people that have had this experience. Classic bate and switch. Supposed manager was the first to argue about everything. Wasted 2 hrs to drive for nothing. RUDE RUDE RUDE. Felt like the classic car salesman car buying experience. Go to a real dealership and get treated properly. Photo: The photo attached and the yellow line is where we drove to the entrance and got our “warm welcoming.” The green square around the white car is the spot described as “Where in America do you ever park in the entrance.” Clearly we are not the only ones to have parked in such a spot all of America would have been wise to parking in. The red arrow which looks like it’s goes into a service lot, which in person also looks like your driving into the service lot, is where the customer parking is. Indicates by a small sign with dark green lettering that we didn’t see until the 3rd time we went by it… on foot… looking for it. More

They have a car listed at online on multiple verified websites for a great price. Once I went into the store they then told me it was going to be about 10k over what they have it listed at. They have ter websites for a great price. Once I went into the store they then told me it was going to be about 10k over what they have it listed at. They have terrible customer service and the are falsely advertising there cars. I would never give them any business. More
