Went two days (90 mile round trip each day) to check out the vehicle for my daughter, her husband, and 4 children. Had an agreement with the salesperson to meet the next day, Saturday morning, to finalize t the vehicle for my daughter, her husband, and 4 children. Had an agreement with the salesperson to meet the next day, Saturday morning, to finalize the deal. Called in the morning to make sure the vehicles was still there. My daughter and fam drove 2.5 hours to meet me, see it, and take it home. It was sold to someone else literally right in front of us. With apologies, I was told that is the policy - first come, first serve. I guess I have to accept that. But then I was also told that if I was going to write a negative review that they didn’t want my business. I have literally never heard any businessman say that. Car dealers, especially, “earn” the business of the customer, they don’t deserve it! And they do business in a world where they take the risk of negative reviews. All it means is that they don’t want to be held accountable. I have bought 26 cars in my life and this was, by far, the worst car buying experience of my life. I guess right now it’s a seller’s market, and the car is just a unit and the customer is just an ATM. So my rating is based on the unbendable policy, not the competence of the staff. Manny was great! But also because “I don’t want your business” is just not a helpful thing to say to people who saw a car get sold right out from under them. The day will come when it will be a buyer’s market again, but I guess until that time, “servicing the customer” has taken on a whole new meaning. More

I am not satisfied with my experience this time around, I just bought vehicle and there’s already problems. I was lied to and taken advantage of. Salesperson will literally sale you a sob story about how gre just bought vehicle and there’s already problems. I was lied to and taken advantage of. Salesperson will literally sale you a sob story about how great her heart is but the truth is she’s just about her next buck.. when I was looking for a car she was this big help and now that the car has problems she doesn’t have a care in the world… watch your back with this one, motorworld has completely changed over the years and not for the good. Your better off going to America’s choice their all selling lemons while greasing their pockets… More
