I'm very disappointed with the service department. I received a gift card only to be used in the service department. I kept on receiving emails that it was due to expire soon, today I decided what t I received a gift card only to be used in the service department. I kept on receiving emails that it was due to expire soon, today I decided what the heck I would use it and scheduled for my car to be serviced. All I needed was to have an oil change, fluids topped and a tire rotation. From the small print that I read on the email I knew it wouldn't cover the tire rotation, but for it not to cover the oil change because it wasn't considered a service is just wrong, in my opinion. ***FROM THE EMAIL*** *General Terms and Conditions Not redeemable for cash. Card expires August 31, 2023. Valid in our Service Department for only one transaction at Metro Nissan of Montclair. Cannot be used for tires or in conjunction with any other offers, maintenance plans or discounts. ** I will NOT be taking my car back to Montclair Nissan. Had I taken my car to Nissan of Puente Hills, they would have honored the gift card and saved me the trouble. Very DISAPPOINTED! More

This place is bigger than the one I previously have been into very clean, friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Mr Lozano called us as soon as the car I was interested in was off loaded from the truck.
