They are super friendly, but when scheduling service I'd expect for them to do the leg work. Instead, I had to tell them what needed scheduled maintenance and that a recall was out there for my vehicle. I guess I expected them to tell me what was needed by there service guidelines as well as knowing the recall was active for my vin. Not mad about it, just glad I know for the future so I don't have to setup a second trip and second appointment to get the things done that are needed in the future. More

The best dealership we have dealt with when buying a vehicle. My husband and I purchased a 2013 Ford F150 from Sarchione and Tom West was our salesman. He worked with us and our finance company to get u vehicle. My husband and I purchased a 2013 Ford F150 from Sarchione and Tom West was our salesman. He worked with us and our finance company to get us a great deal. My husband is a disabled veteran and in an electric wheelchair, when we put his lift on the Ford the electrics didn't match up ( org. vehicle was a Jeep). The service department guys helped me get the lift and chair into the bed of the F150. The entire experience and Sarchione team were awesome. Would highly recommend them to anyone. 5++++ Stars More

My overall experience with this dealership was ok and if I ever need help with anything again I will probably call them. My only complaint is that they charged me about twice what I feel would be a fair pri I ever need help with anything again I will probably call them. My only complaint is that they charged me about twice what I feel would be a fair price for the transmission service they preformed. Having said that this was the first time in my lifetime ( 67 years old) that I ever paid a dealership to service or repair one of my personal vehicles. So my suggestion to anyone who reads this is to either one learn to do the work yourself or two find a good honest shade tree mechanic that has an honest reputation and allow them to service or repair your vehicle at about half the cost. Really I can say that this dealership was better than most and the people for the most part were friendly. My truck is a one owner out of Texas where I recently purchased it. I really only purchased it to take care of one job and after it is completed I feel that it would be in my best interests to sell it. So while I was there I asked them if they would like to purchase it. So they inspected it and offered me about $10,000 less than I felt that they could retail it for. So on this part of their dealership I also felt like they would love to take advantage of me. So really in this aspect of buying a vehicle from them or selling or trading one in there I definitely would not recommend that of anyone. More
