After submitting my information, I was contacted by darius within a few minutes looking to help me out and set up an appointment to meet with him the next morning. I was greeted instantly by many employees and quickly sat down with Darius. He was very helpful in looking up cars that were right for me and was very knowledgeable in every car we talked about. After a couple test drives, it was just a matter of getting the numbers right. After not being able to reach a deal for a little while, they did everything they could to come up with an offer that I could not be happier about. I came back after work to finish the paperwork and pick up the car. Took no time at all. I only wish that I had came here the last time I purchased a vehicle. Their customer service blew the other dealership I had bought my previous vehicles from out of the water. After my lease is up, there is no doubt I will be getting my next vehicle from them. More

Columbia Ford made us feel at ease and did everything they could to help us. Our credit situation is not the best and yet they were able to help us lease a new Ford Fusion which is a major step up from the previous car we were driving at a monthly payment that we can afford. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a stress free car buying experience. Edward Carpenter made us feel comfortable and like we were family. I have never laughed so much when buying a car. Thank you!! More
