It's really nice when you g As has been the case for our past several car purchases, Jackie Cooper Nissan was the only dealer we wanted to work with. It's really nice when you go into a dealer who has the perfect car other than the color on sale for a really good price and is able to come through with even a slightly better deal for a car they find at a dealer from across the state that, too, is the perfect car including the desired color. It's always a great experience working with the sales staff, but the biggest factor is probably the service we are provided while owning and operating the vehicle. We've had a Murano and are now on our second Pathfinder SL. These have been truly exception vehicles and we'll be looking at getting a new one in 3 or 4 years. More

A lovely and knowledgeable young woman by the name of Stephanie helped make my car obtaining experience easy and smooth. I will take possession of my new Nissan Rogue this afternoon and I'm quite excited. New car buyer I needed to purchase a vehicle as a new widow. I was unsure of the vehicle I wanted, price and financing. My husband and I leased a vehicle three ye I needed to purchase a vehicle as a new widow. I was unsure of the vehicle I wanted, price and financing. My husband and I leased a vehicle three years ago from Jackie Cooper Nissan. We were very satisfied. Due to this experience, I returned to Jackie Cooper for help. I am very satisfied with the friendly help I got from my salesman Matt. He stayed in touch with me after my husband's passing and helped me through the buying experience. He took me on a tour of the showroom, service department, and explained my car servicing schedule, as well as introducing me to men in the service department. He went out of his way to deliver the car to me. A very satisfied customer. More

Poor customer service after buying We had a good buying experience except our paperwork had the wrong vin number. We have had poor customer service since then. When we received our new vehicle there was a scratch on the center console. Elonte & Eric took pictures & said it would be taken care of. Ten weeks later I am still waiting to get it fixed. More
