Sultan always communicated with me and made me feel good about my purchase and calm when i was getting impatient with the delay in my vehicle. Exhausting After an extremely long hot process, our salesman doing his absolute best then everything changed 'finance manager" decides to walk out and immediat After an extremely long hot process, our salesman doing his absolute best then everything changed 'finance manager" decides to walk out and immediately, starts to belittle my husband. His tone was condescending he was waiving around our credit report and had zero respect for the process. I did get most of his tone on video. I have a very large social media following.. I will be making sure to share. I along with my husband felt judged, attacked and disappointed. Since he never introduced himself we do not have his name. My husband is very calm and this is the second time in 13 years that I have ever heard him raise his voice. No one deserves to be treated that way. The Manager did pull my husband to the side with a number sheet (which should have been presented by the finance "manager")We were definitely budgeted for that amount unfortunately by that time it was too late! Take your business, to a company who will respect and not judge! More

Completely disgusted Larry H Miller and this guy ripped me off sold me a car that wasn’t in their name trying to keep my warrantee money told me that once he wasn’t can Larry H Miller and this guy ripped me off sold me a car that wasn’t in their name trying to keep my warrantee money told me that once he wasn’t cancelable and gave me the wrong names to the Warranty company which I then found out the real name of the warranty company and called them and they said yes it was canceled that I should get a full refund they voided the contract when they didn’t give me a way to get tags within 30 days then forge my name on documents they just screwed me all the way around so now I have to get an attorney to sue them since they won’t admit their mistake when I show them proof More
