Brought my car in for service and they seemed to take my concerns with a grain of salt. Approached it like I didnt know what I was talking about when I got it back and told them it wasn't right. They held o concerns with a grain of salt. Approached it like I didnt know what I was talking about when I got it back and told them it wasn't right. They held on to it for a few days and gave it back with the problem; saying they couldn't replicate the issue. Picked it up and drove it for 3 weeks until the problem showed up again, and this time worse. I brought it back in and then they had the car for 5 weeks. Granted I had a loaner, but I feel like if the repairs were done right the first time it would not have come to this. There is a lot of turn over as of late at this dealership and it shows. I've been going there for 10 years and they have declined in service. Sad to say it but they need a gut punch. More
