Erin was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the differences between the 2022 vs. 2023 versions of the CR-V. She was also up front and honest about the availability of vehicles from our website sear differences between the 2022 vs. 2023 versions of the CR-V. She was also up front and honest about the availability of vehicles from our website searches. She worked with us on the exterior colors available for both 2022 and 2023 versions as well as the run down of differences between the EX, EX-L and Touring features. We went into Heritage Honda Parkville to trade in my Ford Escape w/ CRV Hybrid. Erin is heaven sent to us. She is incredible to work with, the deal went through very quick because she didn’t give up until w Escape w/ CRV Hybrid. Erin is heaven sent to us. She is incredible to work with, the deal went through very quick because she didn’t give up until we found the perfect car for us. Our experience was great however there’s just one minor issue, car detailing is not perfect. They handed me my newly bought car with water marks on both the driver & passenger doors. Other than that everything was excellent! More
