Excellent dealer, I bought A new Jetta, straight forward price, no add ons like many dealers, I went to another dealer and they wanted to charge me for a protective coat $1000. at Falcone I was charged th price, no add ons like many dealers, I went to another dealer and they wanted to charge me for a protective coat $1000. at Falcone I was charged the price of the car and no dealer fees, so there are no surprises like other dealers. thank you for your service More

My next car purchase will be from Falcone! However, I must admit I may have found my forever car. I have never had such a positive car purchasing experience as Falcone, and I've had more than a few. Dealership was clean, just hard parking for customers and trying to find the place.I did not buy a car but would not go back after the experience with Emir. We looked at pricing, nothing was brought down, wh trying to find the place.I did not buy a car but would not go back after the experience with Emir. We looked at pricing, nothing was brought down, which is fine and not my problem at all. In the beginning, he seem kind but then when I told him I had his card and would come back if I changed my mind, his attitude changed. I reached out my hand for a handshake (trying to be professional) and mentioned it to him and he just ignored me. I felt utterly embarrassed and felt it was unprofessional. He wasn’t wearing a mask when I came in so I don’t think it was a COVID issue. In addition, he would have mentioned it. The awkwardness and degrading feeling was a horrible car experience and I just walked out afterward. Customer service was none of his concerns. More

I have been saying I wanted a Subaru for several years. Finally, it was time! We visited Falcone on May 6, and Nick Kitner was amazing! I was a little worried that, as a woman, the salesman would talk only Finally, it was time! We visited Falcone on May 6, and Nick Kitner was amazing! I was a little worried that, as a woman, the salesman would talk only to my husband. However, my husband told Nick that this car would be mine, and Nick really listened to me! I drove the '19 Outback and loved the way it handled. I was pretty sure we had found my car, but we put it on hold so that we could consider it until Monday. Nick was unable to meet with us on Monday, but he kindly had us meeting with Ermir and then Jon to get all the paperwork in order. Both were so kind, and we finally drove away with my beautiful new (to me!) Outback! More
