"Beware of cost manipulation"
Ernest was great - we were originally scheduled to meet with someone else, but he wasn't available when we got there. Ernest immediately sat down to help us and worked with us to find an option that fit our needs. He was so great to work with, and we enjoyed our experience. Buying or leasing a car is always a long process, but it's so much more enjoyable when you have great customer service.
My only pain point was actually during the signing process. We gave a hard budget limit for our monthly payment. When we went in to sign the papers, we found out the quotes given to us didn't include the taxes and fees. This came across as incredibly shady and manipulative as a customer, and I wasn't too pleased to find out they lied about the monthly payments. I've leased 3 other cars from different dealerships (some in OH, some in FL), and this is the first time a dealership hasn't included all costs in the quotes. If a customer gives a max monthly payment they're comfortable with, then it's unacceptable to add on additional, required costs/fees during the signing process. I would've given this dealership a 5 star rating if they'd been entirely forthcoming about the monthly payment. - And for anyone looking to buy/lease from here, make sure to specifically ask that ALL required costs be included in your quotes!

I originally came in just for a oil change on my 2014 Cruze. Whilst waiting I was wandering the car lot looking at the new vehicles when Ernie Taylor approached me. Even though I wasn’t looking for a new car he showed me the Chevy Trax and let me take test drive. I fell instantly in love with it! I like the way it drove and the feel/comfort of the vehicle. With the help from Ernie I decided to trade in my car. Ernie went out of his way to get me a great deal on a new 2017 Trax. One more person to mention is Robin Campbell. She was fast and efficient when it came to all the financing. Between the both of them, this was the best overall car purchase experience! I highly recommend it to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle!
