We found our vehicle online and I sent an email to them and they responded very quickly and had the vehicle we wanted. Esgar was our salesman and he was great. This is with carmax in general not any particular dealership. There new policy with their call center is a joke. Customers hate it, salespeople hate it. Unfortunately I have to leave this review. I am a business owner in the service industry and not to leave a review when you have been treated so poorly will not help to correct the Situation. I contacted Jim Galbraith the Internet Sales Manager in regards to purchasing a new Chevy Trailboss that I found on their lot and Jim was extremely helpful. We went back and forth trying to figure out the logistics for purchasing considering I’m two hours away. We finally set up the day for me to come in and that was today. So on arrival I was greeted by Escar, Jim’s sale associate ( good guy ) So we sit down an agree on trade in value and purchase price. No haggling all good. Now for the show, here comes the finance guy Mr Ryan (the show)Sitter. Now keep in mind I’m the customer trying to buy a $ 55,000 truck with a 42,500 trade in. So Mr Sitter takes my paperwork in back and comes out with an offer a few minutes later with this insane intrest rate and of course I decline. The show goes back to his office and returns with an adjusted interest rate now 2% lower. I respectfully decline and offer to finiance truck myself with my own bank. Should be no problem right? Wrong The Show now tells me they don’t except outside finiancing. I’m just floored. I’ve driven two hours, I’ve now been there almost two hours and now they backed me into a corner. I’ve come along way, I removed a $ 3,000 truck wrap, had my trucked detail, spent the fuel and my time away from my company to dance with this bozo. So I’m in it now I have a plan and it is to purchase the truck and refinance with my own bank for a appropriate interest rate ( 5%) less than what they were pushing. Ok so all good right ? wrong!! Mr Sitter aka The Show takes off again and comes back this time and says I’m sorry we can’t do the deal because Ally Financial has said they Can’t verify my Company information because I’m out of state. Right about now I’m wondering what the heck is going on. They gave me interest rates and approved me 20 minutes ago. It gets better. Now the clown Mr Sitter after telling me Ally won’t Finance me now says it’s ok for my bank to finance the truck but not today. I informed him that my bank could do it right now and wire the funds. He replied I would have to come back with check. I’m so disgusted and disappointed at this time I get in my truck and start to pull out. Not over yet, I called Ally Financial and spoke with my account manager. My account manager said Mr Crist you and your company are in very good standing we did not say those things and we can do the loan. Brake lights activated and return to the one and only Mr Sitter. I’m not going to lie I’m not having this, I have never been treated like this and refuse to just let it go. With Ally Financial on the on the phone I asked Mr Sitter to tell me,why the story? why lie? What are you doing? I got nothing. Deer in the headlights. Now comes the General Sales Manger Joe Striska Clown # 2. Not to come help diffuse the situation, not to offer some sort of solution not to offer explanations. The first words out of his mouth is we don’t want your business. Shocked that General Sales Manager said that so I responded that I will make sure and leave a good review but the Rock had to have the last word and replied to me that he is going to also leave a bad review on my company. So I apologize to the rest of the good people at Advantage that are trying to make a living and trying to support their families for this next part. If you are in the market for a Vehicle stay far away from this place. These two jokers that are running the show don’t care about you or your business. They are in it to cheat you out of your hard earned money. Think about this they wouldn’t sell me an advertised truck even if I paid cash because that want to get the high interest rate. I feel sorry for all the other people they have done this to. I will be contacting GM, Ally Financial Corp and BBB to share my experience. It’s not ok to treat people like this especially when they have done nothing wrong. Remember I am the customer ! More

Didn’t like feeling pushed into paying for on star service without being told about it. Also the seat was either broken or broke within a day I got the car which is suspicious but got no help with cor service without being told about it.
