I had an excellent experience buying my first car here! The first person I contacted (Ryan Powers) kept in touch with me off the clock to make sure I got taken care of, and everyone else who worked with me The first person I contacted (Ryan Powers) kept in touch with me off the clock to make sure I got taken care of, and everyone else who worked with me (Sergio, Esteban, Grace, and Mr. Nelson) was very friendly, honest, and flexible. I spent 3 hours at the dealership and Sergio was very patient. When the prices all added up and I couldn't afford it after all, he worked with the numbers to give me a better deal - I was honored they applied a military discount no questions asked even though I was buying a used vehicle. Everyone I spoke with was very patriotic, having either served in the military or had family members who did, and their military-friendliness was a plus to purchasing there. The car was in great condition and the detailing was fine - they did a terrible smeary job on the mirrors and windshield so I'll have to clean those better but not a big deal, everything else seemed well done. I was very pleased to find my unicorn car and to work with such wonderful people for a great first car-buying experience. More
