I purchased a 2014 A8L tdi from ODaniel 3. 5 years ago unseen. The car was in perfect shape and the sales rep was polite, courteous and diligent. That rep is no longer w/ the organization, this is how I met Evan. Evan was polite and respectful regarding my desire to find a suitable diesel automobile. Unfortunately, the dealership did not have what i was looking for at the time. Evan noted this and shared with me that as soon as a diesel Audi came in he would call. Two months later he did! I was impressed with the fact that he followed through w/ his commitment knowing the vehicle that i was looking for. I have not purchased the vehicle yet but did purchase another from him. He also was able to arrange a car swap since I live in Cincinnati and couldn't drive 2.45 minutes to Ft. Wayne, Good job all the way around. Coltyn Fish was very nice to work with as well. In the internet age where this process can seem highly transactional, Evan service and I would highly recommend working with him when buying a car. In the internet age where this process can seem highly transactional, Evan really distinguished himself with the personalized video clip he texted me of the car I was interested; his frequent, but professional follow up; and especially on his follow through on all of his commitments. I purchased out of state and had the car shipped 2k+ miles, and although working with the internet transportation broker was rocky, Evan stayed engaged, checking in on the driver, and with me until the car was delivered.
