I purchase my car from Northshore Motors and paid $3,000 for warranty coverage. Now I can't even reached them. Just found out that the company was sold by Gold Coast Motors, they have skipped town. I nee for warranty coverage. Now I can't even reached them. Just found out that the company was sold by Gold Coast Motors, they have skipped town. Upon careful examination, I have uncovered discrepancies between the installment contract submitted to the "financing institution" and the copy I personally received. Alarming irregularities have come to li between the installment contract submitted to the "financing institution" and the copy I personally received. Alarming irregularities have come to light, such as the presence of a forged signature attempting to resemble mine, a noticeable disparity in the salesperson's signature, variations in dates, and significant differences in the financial terms, including the finance charge, as stated in the financing institution's copy. These acts constitute fraud and are clearly illegal. Despite numerous attempts to communicate with the dealership regarding this matter, they have failed to provide any response or assistance to remedy. It is important to emphasize that the forged contract is not only counterfeit but also deceitful, thereby rendering my signature legally invalid and unenforceable. Consequently, no valid contract was ever established on my behalf. It is essential to emphasize that fraud has no statute of limitations. As a conscientious consumer, I have fulfilled my obligations in seeking a resolution, while the dealership has willfully disregarded each of my attempts. Consequently, I must now take the necessary actions to safeguard my federal rights as both a consumer and a victim of identity theft. More

It’s very hard to get thru to someone at the dealership. They keep telling you someone get back to you and then hey never do. It’s a bit unorganized. Terrible, unprofessional service. Felix gives a constant run around when asked to figure out why our price jacked up an extra few thousand. Telling us he can trust him, he’s got us taken care of - it’s been over a month with no show of regard to even try and communicate. No calls answered, secretary tells us he is busy and will definitely call us back, if which Felix has also stated he will call us back but doesn’t. Please avoid this place at all costs and share with people you know. They are scam artists and steal your money. They work closely with Sunrise Auto in Amityville, I suggest you read their reviews as well. Disgusting service. Not to mention our vehicle was disgusting also. False claims of oil change, brake change and inspection. None of which were maintained - we have the oil and oil filter that was changed infeint of our house after the vehicle was brought home. Not to mention the second day we had the vehicle it wouldn’t even start. They had to call a tow truck to come get it, where it sat at their shop for a week just to be brought back with a rear pad slap (after begging) and a battery change. It’s obvious they don’t have a proper mechanic, if one at all. Don’t let these 4 stars fool you - this place and its people are a joke. More
