I had called Clifton and said that I was needing paperwork so I could secure a 2009 Toyota and I was on my way To the dealership.He and I texted back-and-forth. He assured me he would send it he did paperwork so I could secure a 2009 Toyota and I was on my way To the dealership.He and I texted back-and-forth. He assured me he would send it he did not And there was no sale pending on the car.I called Brandon from finance department said he would send it he did not. I called to tell them that I was on my way up there which Clifton already knew as I was getting directions I learned from a sales associate that the car hours before had already been sold obviously I was upset and asked to speak to a manager named Faheem who assured me he would find me a car. A week later I still have not heard from him. I Spoke with Mark like the GM he acted like he could care less. More
